The Partnership West Inc, Business Improvement District, supports the business owners and community in the commercial core of the West Ward. The PWI provides supplementary sidewalk cleaning maintenance, public safety, beautification, streetscape, events and capital improvements within the commercial corridor. PWI also carries out community development and marketing initiatives that focus on consumer attraction but ultimately benefit the entire West Ward.
 
PWI Membership is free and open to tax-paying commercial and residential property owners (four units or more), commercial tenants, and residents who live in the West Ward BID commercial corridors. 
 
Members should update their membership with the BID on a yearly basis. Your registration information is necessary for PWI to communicate with you more effectively as well as better serve your needs.
